Welcome, and thank you for joining us. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. By completing your purchase, you agree to everything below. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you enroll.
These Terms apply to two programs offered by Called to Build International (operated by Rachel Ngom):
Called to Build Foundations — a 10-week live cohort program (5 live teaching sessions, replays, private founding-cohort community for founding members, and digital bonuses).
Called to Build Academy — a 6-month application-only, higher-touch program for entrepreneurs scaling past $5K–$30K months, including live coaching, signature offer build-out, and the full Academy curriculum. A VIP tier is available.
What's included in each program is described on the corresponding sales page at the time of purchase.
Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars at checkout.
Payment plans, where offered, are authorized recurring payments. You agree to complete every scheduled payment.
Missed or failed payments may result in loss of access to the program, live sessions, community, and bonuses until the balance is current.
Special/founding-member pricing is only available during the window listed on the sales page.
Called to Build Foundations — 3-Day Obedience Guarantee. If you enroll in Foundations, complete Module 1, do the work, and genuinely feel the Lord telling you this isn't your next step, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase date. Refund requests received after the 3-day window, or without completion of Module 1, will not be honored.
Called to Build Academy (and VIP) — All Sales Final. Because Academy is application-only, cohort-based, and high-touch, all Academy and Academy VIP sales are final. No refunds are offered once your enrollment is accepted and payment is processed. Please pray, discern, and contact us with questions before applying or enrolling.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback in lieu of following the refund process above is a violation of these Terms and may be contested with your payment provider.
Digital materials and bonuses are delivered via email and/or our learning platform upon successful payment.
The Foundations founding cohort begins Monday, May 25, 2026. Live sessions occur every two weeks for 10 weeks.
Academy cohort dates are communicated after application acceptance.
Replays of live sessions will be made available for enrolled members. We do not guarantee lifetime access beyond what is specified on the sales page.
All course materials, frameworks, templates, swipe files, recordings, and community content are the intellectual property of Rachel Ngom / Called to Build International and are protected by copyright.
Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or teach the program materials to others. You may apply what you learn in your own business — that's the whole point.
The private cohort community is a place for Christ-centered support and accountability. Be kind, honor one another, and keep confidential what is shared.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who harasses, spams, solicits, or otherwise disrupts the community, without refund.
We are passionate about what we teach, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business outcome from participating in Foundations or Academy. Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on your effort, obedience, skill, market, and the work you're willing to put in.
Nothing in our programs constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
Called to Build is an explicitly Christ-centered program. We teach from a biblical worldview and will not accommodate New Age practices, manifestation work, or spiritual modalities outside of historic Christian faith. If this does not align with you, Foundations and Academy are not the right fit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Called to Build International, Rachel Ngom, and our affiliates, contractors, and team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in any program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved first through good-faith mediation before any other legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
