You can't see it. I can.

For the Christian woman who is already effective — and done doing this in her own strength. This is where the gap between what you know and what you've actually built finally closes.

You don't have an information problem

In 2026 you can get every answer in seconds. The framework, the funnel, the script — it's all free now, and a machine will hand it to you on demand. So here's what the coaching industry won't say out loud: information was never what stood between you and the business God put in you.

AI reflects back what you feed it. It cannot perceive what God put in you.

  • AI can hand you a strategy. It can't see the gift you've buried because it comes too easy to count.
  • AI can optimize your funnel. It can't develop you into the leader who can hold a bigger business.
  • AI answers what you ask. It can't catch the blind spots you don't even know to ask about.
  • AI will never believe in you more than you believe in yourself.
  • And AI will never walk through the fire with you, or hold you to who you're capable of becoming.

That's not a tool. That's a person. That's me.

The first call

Clarity comes fast

Here's what happens on our first call. In the first twenty minutes, we get done what you've been trying to figure out on your own for months — sometimes years. Not because you're not smart. Because you're too close to see it. The gift is obvious from where I sit, and invisible from where you sit. My job is to see it, name it, and pull it out of you.

Then I do the other thing — the thing I've done my whole life, with my clients, my friends, even my family. I hold you to a higher standard than you'd hold yourself. I believe in you more than you believe in yourself. And I don't let you shrink back. That's how people end up doing the thing they were sure they couldn't.

The real ceiling

What's really holding you back

You're not stuck because you don't know enough. You're stuck for the reasons no course will fix:

  • You've outgrown the version of you that built this. That's not failure — it's the sign you're ready for more. Your next level isn't more information; it's becoming a different leader.
  • You're the bottleneck. The business can't grow past you because you won't let go. (Growth or control. You don't get both.)
  • You're sitting on your real gift — building a glorified, exhausting job around your competence instead of scaling your genius.
  • You're isolated at the top. You're the strong one everyone leans on, and no one is pouring into you.
The cost of waiting

How long have you been carrying this?

Six months? Two years? Twelve?

The dream doesn't expire. The years do. A year will pass either way — the only question is whether you're still "about to," or whether it's finally built and in your hands.

Here's what I've learned watching a woman sit on the same gift for a decade: it was never a years-long project. It's a circling problem, not a building problem. You don't need ten more years. You need someone who sees it, hands you the next three moves, and refuses to let you put it down.

What would've taken you a decade on your own, we build in a single year — not because the work shrinks, but because you stop doing it alone, and I hold you to a pace you'd never hold yourself to.

What it's really for

Picture it real

Let's be honest about what this is really for. It was never just a bigger business — and it was never only about you.

Whatever you've been carrying — the book, the program, the product line, the ministry, the offer that's been living in your head for years — picture it real. Out in the world. In the hands of the people it was made for.

Picture the woman who finally built it: lighter, leading instead of grinding, her family watching her come alive. People on the other side of your obedience finally getting the thing only you carry.

And picture what it frees you to do. A business built God's way becomes an engine — the margin to give the way you've always wanted to, to fund the mission on your heart, to put real resources behind the Kingdom. That's what He grows a faithful steward for.

That's not a someday fantasy. That's one year of the right moves with someone who won't let you stop. The gift was given to be used — not buried. The only thing standing between you and her is the decision to begin.

What it looks like

What working with me looks like

This is twelve months of personal coaching — a full year of building your business with me, and with God, instead of alone in your own strength. Not a course. Not another program to add to the pile. It's a small room, on purpose: I'm not collecting names — I'm building with you.

A year is enough time to do this right. We build it the way I teach it:

  • Conviction — who you are, your God-given design, and what you're actually called to.
  • Capacity — release the control that's capping you, and build the leverage and team so it isn't all on you.
  • Multiplication — lead beyond yourself, and build something that lasts.

You won't leave with more information. You'll leave with a built thing — and you'll have become the leader who built it.

I keep this small — a handful of clients at a time. When it's full, it's full.

Women who were already working hard — and finally stopped doing it alone

I did a $100,000 launch while only working a few hours — and I got to be present with my daughter the whole time. I used to be in the weeds of every part of my business; I had a team, but I couldn't let go. Rachel had me record myself doing the tasks I was clinging to and hand them to my team — and I finally stepped back. She doesn't just teach you how to launch. She teaches you how to build a business you can actually live in.— Lindsay Bowden
Hiring Rachel was one of the scariest decisions I've ever made — the investment was almost a month of my salary. Over the year we worked together, I built my business to over six figures. In my first three months alone, I 10x'd my income. She knows the tactical side cold — but she also calls you on your BS around mindset and the things you're not prioritizing.— Dawn Apuan, Copywriter & Funnel Strategist
I launched my first program — one I'd put together that same month — and did $10,223 in sales. That one launch has produced passive income every month since. Putting skin in the game is what made me finally go.— Taylor Slango

  • You're not ready to be pushed, or to invest in yourself.
How it works

How this works

  1. You apply below — a short, honest application.
  2. Right after, you'll book your call with me on the next page. I read every application before we talk.
  3. On the call, there's no pitch — just an honest conversation about where you are, whether this is your next step, and what the investment looks like. If it's a fit, we go from there.

Applying isn't committing. It's starting the conversation.

If something in you has been whispering that this is the year — don't let another year get built on "someday." The gift was given to be used.
